I prodotti alimentari giapponesi sono unici perché nascono da piccole realtà evolutosi nel corso di molte generazioni. Queste piccole aziende, a causa di problemi linguistici e disinteressamento nei confronti dei mercati esteri, raramente riescono ad esportare i loro prodotti di altissima qualità.
Many Japanese foodstuffs currently being sold in Europe are produced in China (or other countries) rather than in Japan, and it’s the present situation that the Japanese aren’t involved in the logistics of these products at all.
JI FARM aims to improve the status of these small producers through export sales of outstanding products of excellent small producers to Italy and other European countries.
Molti generi alimentari giapponesi, attualmente venduti in Europa, sono prodotti in Cina (o in altri paesi) piuttosto che in Giappone. Questa attuale situazione esclude i giapponesi dall’export delle loro prelibatezze gastronomiche.
